If You Receive Support

If Your Address or Name Changes

Address and name changes must be reported in writing to the Clerk of the District Court, or you may call KPC Customer Service toll free at 1-877-572-5722. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except state holidays.

It is important that you report your new mailing address as soon as possible. If you receive KPC payments through the mail, giving us your new address ahead of time helps prevent delays. If the US Postal Service has your new address, support checks mailed to your old address should be forwarded to you until their forwarding instruction expires. Checks that the Post Office returns to the KPC cannot be re-mailed to you until the KPC has your new address.

Plan before you move! While you are still getting mail at your current address, sign up for direct deposit or the KPC debit card, so you will not have to depend on the mail to receive support payments on time during and after your move.
