To obtain information by phone from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, call
1-877-KPC-KPCC (1-877-572-5722) .


The IVR is available 24 hours a day and provides information on payments, frequently asked questions, along with general information about the Kansas Payment Center. If you do not have a touch -tone phone, you will be transferred to an operator. Operators are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Time, excluding holidays.

Below is a list of options that you may select to obtain information.

         If you receive child support, press 1
         If you pay child support, press 2
         To request a payment history, press 3
         For general information , press 4
         To speak to a Customer Service Representative , press 0

If you are requesting information on payments, you will need to have your social security number or your KPC PIN#. If you do not have either of these numbers , a customer service representative can assist you with your call. Information will be provided for the last four payments made to the KPC.

If you receive support, you may request a Direct Deposit form by fax or by mail. A lost or stolen check form may also be requested.

Payment histories can be faxed to callers, or may be printed from this web site. When requesting the payment history by phone, you may select information for the last 12 months, the last calendar year or a complete payment history. Payment information is only available for payments made to the KPC. For a complete payment history prior to payments made to the KPC, contact the Clerk of the District Court.

General information about the KPC provides answers to frequently asked questions, instructions for submitting address changes, where to send payments and hours of operation.

All calls may be monitored and callers may randomly be asked to participate in a customer satisfaction survey to ensure we are providing quality service.

If you do not have a touch-tone phone, you will be transferred to a customer service representative. Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Time, excluding holidays.

If you are requesting information on submitting payments to the KPC, you may request to have an Employer Payment Template faxed to you. This is an EXCEL spreadsheet that can be used to enter employee information required by Kansas law. Complete and submit the form with your payment. This form is also available on this web site.

If you are requesting information on submitting payments electronically, an option is available to connect you to an EFT specialist who will assist you.

An option to hear frequently asked questions for employers is also available. At anytime, you may connect to a customer service representative for further assistance.

General information about the KPC provides information on hours of operation and centralized collections.
