Department for Children and Families (DCF), Child Support Services Program (CSS)
Department for Children and Families is the administrative agency for the State of Kansas that provides Title IV-D child support enforcement services. In cooperation with the Office of Judicial Administration, the DCF Child Support Services program oversees operations at the Kansas Payment Center.

CSS Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Central Time, except on state holidays.
